Xiamen Hengxing Xingye Machinery Co, Ltd was found in 1997 & moved to current own plant located in Xiamen Tong'an Industrial Zone since May 2009. Total building area of 32,650 square meters(approximately 351,000 square feet).Currently we have over 300 employees including more than 30 technicians & engineers.
Xiamen Hengxing Xingye Machinery Co, Ltd is specialized in precision stamping, sheet metal processing,machining parts,metal assembly parts,etc. We provide to our customers with CNC machine parts, auto parts, high and low voltage electrical switch parts, electronic and electrical parts, mechanical parts, plastic products,etc.
We have different kinds of equipment, including precision stamping presses of 16-500 tons, CNC presses(TRUMPF),Laser cutting machines(TRUMPF),CNC bending machines, CNC lathes(HAAS), CNC machining centers( HAAS)， Robot welding machine，CO2 & TIG welding machine, and plastic injection machines of 80-400 tons,etc.
We have always attached great importance to quality management & technical innovation, ERP system is used for managing orders & on-time deliveries, and IATF16949: 2016/ ISO9001:2015 are the framework for our quality management systems. A lab is supporting the quality management with a variety of inspection instruments including vedio measurement system, spectrometer, projector, color tester, hardness testers, torsiometer, roughness measuring machine, salt spray tester, etc.
